Animation Drawings
The process of creating an animated film begins with a series of pencil drawings. Through these drawings the animator carefully plans the look and movement of each character. Each drawing is refined, often using different colored pencils, until the animator is satisfied with the overall look, degree of movement and detail for each character. The animation cel is then created from these drawings either by hand on celluloid or digitally through computer. Animation drawings, unlike any other stage of cartoon production, provide an intimate look into the creation of the films characters.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the artwork that you purchase from us for any reason, simply return it in it’s original condition and packaging within seven days of receipt, for a full refund. Or you may get a credit exchange for any other artwork in our on-line catalog. (Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.) A Goods Returned Authorization number must first be obtained during these 7 days and must be clearly labeled on the package or it will not be accepted.

We accept Visa & Master card through Paypal. Additionally, payment can be made by certified check, money order, bank or personal check. Personal checks require clearing before artwork is shipped.

Framing
Animatus Studio will be happy to frame your artwork on 100% acid free museum quality matboards and plexi-glass to protect your art 100%. An average 12 field artwork (Approx:10”x12”) framed in wood or metal averages $75.00. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping & Insurance
There is a $25.00 charge for each shipment to cover the cost of packing, shipping and insurance (if item is under $300). Orders within the continental United States will be shipped 3rd Day via Fed Ex after payment is received. (Shipping framed artwork takes 2 to 3 weeks longer and costs $35.00 to ship.)
